We specialize in planning for your growing family and understand the importance of protecting and providing for your children should something happen to you. It is for this reason that every estate plan we prepare for families with young children begins with a comprehensive system, known as the Child Security Plan, to ensure your children are protected no matter what. Our Child Security Plans provide parents of minor children with a wide range of legal planning tools to make sure there is never a question about who will take care of their kids if they are in an accident or suffer some other life-threatening incident.

We understand you are BUSY; you are growing; you desire a life of prosperity; and you value ease, convenience and efficiency. At Life Planning Legal Solutions, we’ve thrown out the time clocks so you never have to be afraid to call with a quick question (or even a not so quick question). Everything we do is billed on a flat-fee basis, agreed to in advance, so there are never any surprises.

In addition, all of our estate planning services are provided on a CONCIERGE or VIRTUAL basis to provide maximum flexibility for your busy family. In other words, we will meet with you either virtually over Zoom or in the comfort of your own home.

LYDIA P. MYERS

Attorney Lydia Myers is dedicated to helping families establish comprehensive estate plans based on their needs, budget, and stage of life.

Lydia received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude, and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from William & Mary Law School. Lydia began her career as an Associate Attorney with a law firm in Reston, Virginia where she represented clients in the areas of complex civil litigation and estate planning and administration. Subsequently, Lydia served Loudoun County, Virginia as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney where she prosecuted numerous criminal cases. Lydia returned to civil practice as an Associate Attorney, representing clients in matters involving trust and estate disputes, real estate litigation, construction law, and divorce and family law.

At Life Planning Legal Solutions, Lydia concentrates her practice entirely in the Trust, Estate and Family Planning area because she is passionate about helping clients create happy, secure futures for their families. Lydia is also a wife and the mother of a beautiful baby girl.
